NC Hydraulic Shear
Features :
1. New type spring raising system, provides fast speed and less breakdown. Nitrogen(N2)cylinder series is also available.
2. NC blade gap adjustment and back gauge positioning are synchronous setting.
3. Single adjusting device to maintain constant parallelism of the back gauge.
4. Equipped with ELGO NC Controller from Germany, the blade gap and back gauge position are inputted on screen and synchronous positioning.
5. The back gauge equipped imported ball screw. The support plate will raise up automatically when it move to the rear limit. Enable extra-length shearing
6. Ball transfer filler plates modules (heavy or light duty table steel ball) are standard. This makes the loading and feeding of material easier.
7. Pneumatic material support of arm model (Optional).
8. Pneumatic material support of the whole piece (Optional).
9. Anti-twist device with cylinders fitted below bottom blade for holding the sheet against the top blade(Optional for cutting thickness up from 13mm).
10. Patented : unique Anti-twist system combined the material support arm (Length: 500mm) (Optional).
11. Swinging top beam working on high-precision.
12. Hydraulic overload protection, automatic return-up when the pressure is overload.
13. Hydraulic independent hold downs
14. The pressure referenced hold downs are synchronized with upper blade travel to ensure maximum clamping force at the moment of shearing.
15. The full-length shadow-line lighting is a clear aid for positioning and shearing to a scribed line.
