Characteristics :
High performance cast iron adopted with best structure design to ensure rigidity, stability and accuracy.
Precision spindle – the low maintenance precision cartridge spindle is well lubricated and uses NSK P4 high precision bearing ensuring a spindle run out accuracy of 0.002mm. The sealed and waterproof design also provide excellent durability and machining accuracy.
The Lubrication Oil used in the auto-lubrication system is filtered and reused ensuring smooth movement along the slideways and minimizing wear and tear.
1020/1224 models – cross feed use C7 class ballscrew
1A - Hydraulic Table (X axis)
2A - Hydraulic Table (X axis)+Auto. cross feed (Z axis) + manual down feed (Y axis).
