Headstock
Machines are built with harden/ground gears in headstock, high precision bearing and oil-cooler to provide the highest spindle-speed and high accuracy turning. Machines are equipped automatic spindle-speed change for most efficiency and productivity.
Bed
Machine use high performance cast-iron with harden and ground to ensure high-precision/rigid cutting.
Control Console
The control-console is located on an independent-way to allow moving quickly and effortlessly aside.
Removable handwheel is equipped at side of control-console for convenience and efficiency operating setting.
1. The rigid construction bed are induction hardened over HRC50 and precision ground provides heavy duty turning and fine finishing at high accuracy.
2. The main spindle is supported by selected and preloaded super precision bearings to ensure high accuracy through full speed ranges.
3. The main spindle, shafts and gears in the headstock are made by high grade alloy steel, hardened and precision ground for high speed running at lower noise level.
4. The automatic lubrication pump equipped on apron provides all slide-ways and two axes ballscrews lubricants continually.
5. The hardened and precision ground ballscrews for X & Z axes are mounted on high precision bearings to enable sensitive movement.
6. Both X & Z axes equipped with individual electronic handwheels on control panel for manual operation as conventional lathes.
7. Full length rear splash guard and front moveable chip trolley provides chip and coolants safety and easy clean.
8. Both X & Z axes are equipped with selected controller whole package AC servo motors with its own power supply and mono-drives..
